Homemade Garlic sauce

This is a simple but effective garlic sauce recipe. Which is made based on Mayonnaise combined with garlic and cream. Enjoy this world’s favorite sauce for fish, burgers, and fast food

Serves: 500 ml / 4 cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 240ml / 1 cup of sunflower oil
• 1 medium egg
• 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• A small pinch of salt and some ground black pepper
• 240 ml / 1 cup of cream
• 4 cloves of garlic
• One tablespoon of lemon juice

Steps

1. Add the egg, vinegar, mustard, a small pinch of salt and ground black pepper into a measuring cup
2. Use an immersion blender and blitz for about 5 seconds so the ingredients are mixed
3. Now switch on the immersion blender again and while mixing slowly poor in a small stream of oil into the measuring cup.
4. Once half of the oil has been added start moving the immersion blender up and down while you slowly you keep pouring in the rest of the oil.
5. When all the oil has been added and the sauce has been thickened you can stop mixing.
6. In a separate bowl whisk (using a kitchen machine) the cream to thick whipped cream.
7. With a spoon stir in the cream into the mayonnaise.
8. Finely slice or mince with a garlic press the gloves and add them to the sauce
9. Finish off with some lemon juice and enjoy!
